The Concept
The theme of ‘Seasons’ carries through in the rotation of original
fall, winter, spring and summer menus. The entrees are limited in number, but offer a wide variety of options to
diners. The menu includes entrees, appetizers, soups, salads, and
an assortment of desserts. Seasons also offers a full bar, and
from 7 to 10 in the morning, coffee and some cold breakfast items will
are available. At Seasons, we try to use locally grown,
seasonal items as often as possible. We also hope to create
a balance of traditional and unique dishes to satisfy the
desires of both the ‘meat and potatoes’ man and his companion, who may
have a more adventurous palate. Seasons is open for lunch Monday through Friday and dinner Thursday
through Saturday. A light breakfast and coffee are offered
Monday through Friday.
Who we are...
The
managers of Seasons, Doug McGregor and Margaret Mattox, are a
brother-sister team and natives of Springfield. Doug spent many years
cooking in restaurants in Durango, CO and also in Vail, CO. He
completed a degree in culinary arts at the Colorado Mountain College.
Before moving back to Springfield, Doug worked at the Sonnenalp Resort
in Vail under a number of highly esteemed chefs. Margaret is
a former deaf education teacher who loves good food.

Thursday and Friday 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM
Saturday 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM (bar open until midnight)
